Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing or using Selah (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Selah offers an optional Premium subscription billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store settings.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change; we will give notice of changes where required.

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Parts of the App let you share content with others, including shared prayers, groups, and encouragement messages. You are responsible for the content you post, and you agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, or to harass or abuse other users.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report content and block users from within the App. We review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours, and we may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

Scripture texts, audio narration and other content in the App are provided under their respective public-domain or open licenses, credited in Settings › Credits & licenses. Content you create — such as notes and highlights — remains yours.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
